Clause #8: deletion proposal
Number 8 currently reads, "Ideally, all images used on Wikipedia would be on Wikimedia Commons." This is not true. Wikipedia's primary mission is not to be a repository of free images. Its primary mission is to be the best possible encyclopedia. As a result, Wikipedia has -- and must have -- thousands upon thousands of articles about the arts that can only be relevantly illustrated with copyrighted graphics. --M@r?ino 00:39, 14 June 2008 (UTC)

Clause #9 uploading files when filename changes
